1)      How much are the Delivery & Shipping Charges? charges a Flat Shipping and Delivery Charges of Rs.100/-.

2)      What is the estimated delivery time?

In general,   takes minimum 21-28 working days to deliver the books at the delivery / shipping address to the all areas serviced by India Post / Speed Parcel. With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.

3)      How will the delivery be done?

We process all deliveries through speed or parcel post.

4)      Cancellations & Returns

If any of the books / items shipped is found defective / torn out, notify us of regarding those  defects or product damages at the time of delivery or within 30 days from the date of delivery, and we will issue a new replacement to you at no extra cost. Or Contact Customer Care (09776040400), within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The defective item  will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped immediately.

5)      How do I cancel an order?

Alternatively, how do I return a product ?

If you want to cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount. But Once the consignment is already shipped, in no way the order will be cancelled and no amount will be refunded. But in case the consignment is torned or damaged, then the same book will be replaced after receiving the damaged piece at our office. In no way books can be altered or changed.

Any book that is returned without original packaging.

7)      Can I cancel my order online?

Yes, you can now initiate online cancellation for item(s) in your order, till the item(s) are shipped by In order to cancel item(s) in your order, Log into your account and go to the "My Orders" page. Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding "View Details" link. In the detailed order page, you will see "Cancel" links against each of the items in that order. 8)      Why is the 'Cancel' link is not showing ?

9)      How long will it take to process cancellation request?

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate refund. You will be notified of the same. However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by

10)   How will I get my money back after cancellation? What are the modes of refund available?

In order to confirm cancellation of item(s) in your order, you need to indicate your refund preference. There are two modes of refund available -

1. Cash Refund - If you choose this option, the amount will be added to your  Account in the Credit component against which you can buy in future.

2. Back to Source - In this case, the money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. Once you have requested the cancellation of item(s) in your order, will complete the cancellation and initiate the refund, depending on your refund preference.

There are absolutely no hidden charges when you make a purchase with The prices listed for all items are final and all-inclusive. The prices you see on our product pages are exactly what you pay for the item. But in some cases, if the price of the Book is revised and not updated in our database, the extra price (if any the differential amounts only) will have to be paid. Like this if any reduction in price of the Book in revised edition are there, then the extra amount will also be refunded in to your Account.

13)   What is Cash on Delivery?

If you do not prefer to make an online payment on then you can opt for the Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payment method. With COD you can pay us in cash at the time of actual delivery of product at your doorstep. (Which is already withdrawn with effect from 1st April 2017). No more the facility is available.

14)   Are there any terms and conditions for a COD purchase?

15)   How do I pay using a Credit card?

We accept all VISA, MasterCard and American Express Credit cards issued in India. 16)   How do I pay using a Debit card?

21) Placing orders from Outside of India 

There are some valuable customers placing Orders from outside India (NRI). and in that case though the Shiping Charges used to be calculated as Rs.100/- Flat along with the above structure, we find it difficult to Ship the consignment abroad in such a minimum fees. As the shipment for abroad used to be charged according to weightage and we do not have any information about the approxmately weightage of the Books from the publisher side, We request the Customers purchasing from abroad to make contact in 09776040400 / 09776640400 / 07873040400 for details of the order status. and in such type of cases, the Customers are advised to pay the actual shiiping charges , if they are interested to have a buy.
